Toyota to show off fuel cell concept car at Frankfurt auto show.

Toyota seems to be expanding its line up of Hybrid Synergy drive vehicles by adding a proposed fuel cell vehicle that is being called the FCV-R. Word has it there maybe a production date of 2015.
